A bit about me:
I have over 5 years of experience working with young adults and adults with different cultural backgrounds. My experience includes working in a hospital setting, specifically the ICU and being present to help navigate the client’s and family’s emotions during this difficult time, working with adolescents and adults at a partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient program, and private practice with completing individual sessions with adults.
I believe that every person can overcome any adversity by sharing their story and having the willingness and readiness to place the effort to make changes. As your therapist, I will walk with you and provide the tools to help navigate your situation. I am looking forward to working with you closely and embark on this new journey with you.
I hold space for:
Individuals dealing with grief or loss, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life transitions, chronic illness, anger, burnout/career counseling, and first and second generation immigrants.
