"Therapy must be a sanctuary where cultural narratives are honored and diversity is celebrated, for in understanding our differences, we find common ground to heal together." – Maya Angelou

A bit about me:

I’ve been in the mental health field for over 15 years. My approach to healing involves reflecting on the stories we tell ourselves, and exploring how we can confront unhelpful thoughts to change our behaviors for a healthier way of being. I truly believe that you already possess the solution within you; it is up to me to walk this journey alongside you as we uncover tools together for healing.
